ING Georgia Marathon Signs ASI Photo as Official Race Photographer

Atlanta, GA - The ING Georgia Marathon announced today that it has signed ASI Photo to be the Official Provider of participant photos at the Inaugural ING Georgia Marathon being held on March 25, 2007.

As part of the agreement, ASI Photo will capture a variety of photos for each athlete as he/she competes in the 26.2 mile journey. All photos taken by ASI Photo will be made available to participants in a variety of package options via www.asiphoto.com within a few days after the event.

The ING Georgia Marathon, which will include a marathon, half marathon, wheelchair race and handcycle race becomes the company’s 18^th major running event. The event, created in partnership with the Georgia Marathon LLC, is expected to draw 15,000 participants and cheering spectators from the Atlanta area. Georgia Marathon LLC estimates that the race will bring approximately $21 million to the city. The race course will travel through 26.2 miles of the metro Atlanta area’s most interesting and historic areas, including the Sweet Auburn District, Inman Park, Little 5 Points, Decatur, Emory University and Virginia Highlands.
