Packet Pick-up Instructions:
All runners must pick up their race packet at the ING Georgia Marathon Health & Fitness Expo Inspired by Mizuno at the Georgia Dome. There is no packet pick-up on race day, Sunday, March 21, 2010.
In order to pick-up your packet at the Expo you will need the following items:

Photo ID

If you need to have someone else pick-up your packet, you must compelete the following steps:

Print, complete, sign and notarize the 2010 Packet Pick-up Authorization Form

Give the completed Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form and a copy of your photo ID to the individual who will pick up your race packet

At the Expo, the person picking up your race packet presents the completed Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form and the copy of your photo ID to the Solutions Desk

The Expo is located at the Georgia Dome at One Georgia Dome Drive, Atlanta, GA 30313. If driving, enter the Georgia Dome through Gate E. Gate E is located on the lower level between Gates B & C. Click here for a parking map of the Georgia Dome area. There is a $10.00 parking fee to park at the Georgia Dome in the Red and Gold Decks. The Gold Deck has ADA access to the Georgia Dome. We encourage particiapants to take MARTA. The closest MARTA Station is the Dome/GWCC/Phillips/CNN Station. Visit www.itsmarta.com for more information on station locations and schedules.
Race Day Information:
Getting to the Start-Finish Area
Up to 18,000 participants will be converging on Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta on Sunday morning, March 21, 2010. Read the following information and plan your race day travel so you'll get to the start line on time for the 6:55am Wheeler Half Marathon start and the 7:00am Marathon and Half Marathon start.

Downtown Atlanta Hotels
Most downtown hotels are within 5-15 blocks of Centennial Olympic Park. Ask your hotel for walking directions to Centennial Olympic Park.
MARTA (Atlanta's rapid rail transit system)
Participants and spectators are strongly urged to take MARTA to the Start-Finish area, rather than drive and park downtown.
- Purchase MARTA Breeze Fare Cards at the Expo or at any MARTA rail station.
- Park at any of the 23 MARTA rail stations listed below that have FREE parking.
- Many hotels in Midtown, Buckhead, and Dunwoody are near MARTA rail stations.
- Take the MARTA Red Line or Gold Line to the PEACHTREE CENTER station.
- Walk 3 blocks west on International Blvd or Harris St. to Centennial Olympic Park.

If you choose to drive to the Start-Finish area, allow significant extra time to drive, park and walk to the Start area. Carpool if possible. There are 4 large parking decks that can be reached via the driving directions below:
- Underground Atlanta parking deck 1. Turn Right from MLK Dr immediately after Central Ave. (Open 24 hours, daily fee $3.00)
- Underground Atlanta parking deck 2. Turn Right from MLK Dr immediately after Pryor St. (Open 24 hours, daily fee $3.00)
- CNN parking deck. From MLK Dr, turn Right on Centennial Olympic Park Dr, turn Right into CNN parking deck. (Opens at 5:30am, daily fee $10.00)
- Centennial Parking deck. From MLK Dr, turn Right on Centennial Olympic Park Dr, turn Right into Centennial Parking which is immediately past the CNN deck. (Open 24 hrs, daily fee $5.00)
From I-75/I-85 Southbound - Take Exit 248A (MLK Dr/State Capitol), proceed on MLK Dr to the parking decks listed above.
From I-75/I-85 Northbound - Take Exit 246 (Fulton St/Central Ave), follow Central Ave, turn Left on MLK Dr to the parking decks.
From I-20 Eastbound - Take Exit 56B (Windsor St/Spring St), go to 3rd light, turn Left on Central Ave, turn Left on MLK Dr to the parking decks.
From I-20 Westbound - Take Exit 58 (Capitol Ave), turn Right on Capitol Ave, turn Left on MLK Dr to the parking decks.

Race Day Travel Notes:
- Allow plenty of time to travel to Centennial Olympic Park, drop off your bag at gear check, and walk to your Start Corral
- Remember the MARTA station or parking deck where you parked.
- Wherever you park, lock personal items and valuables out of sight, in your trunk.
